Designed for maximum flexibility to suit different tenant needs, Project OPALE’s office space is arranged over five floors. These are large, modular spaces that enjoy optimum amounts of light from the building’s distinctive floor to ceiling glazed facades. Customisation is key; each of the five floors can be fitted out as a single open-plan office or divided into a number of separate offices through partitions.
The offices benefit from a separate entrance accessed by the Place de la Gravière.
